One Team
Promoting inclusion by bringing together autistic and neurotypical children through football
One Team – Onze de Légende is an inclusive program aimed at fostering the integration of young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through football. Launched in 2021 in collaboration with “Au tableau!” in Clamart, the program brings together ASD and neurotypical youths for weekly training sessions, where everyone progresses at their own pace. The positive impact of this program is clear: it helps ASD youths develop their social and emotional skills, while giving neurotypical youths a greater open-mindedness and deeper understanding of differences.
Since its launch, One Team – Onze de Légende has been rolled out in several cities across France, including Aubervilliers, Clamart, Ivry-Sur-Seine, and Lille, and internationally in Doha. The program has been supported by key partners such as MAIA Autisme, Autisme Île-de-France, and Naked Heart Foundation in France, as well as Generation Amazing and Qatar Foundation in Doha. Thanks to these collaborations, the program has been able to expand its impact and reach more young people, fostering their growth through sport and promoting the inclusion of autistic youths in society.
With the ambition of replicating this model around the world, PSG for Communities continues to develop and adapt the program while staying true to its core values of inclusion and solidarity.
The program was awarded the “Grande Cause Nationale 2024” label by the Ministry of Sports. The Sport and Citizenship Think Tank also analyzed the key aspects of the program, and One Team was granted the Gold-level Social Impact of Sport label.
